How to write a graduation project report :
your report should be divided in parts , the first part is introduction and in this part you have to descripe the project ,structural system , softwares that you used to finish the project and finally the materials that you used.
The second part you will start to enter the output of design and we will start with slabs :
There are many softwares that we can use to design slabs such as : PROKON and SAFE ,so we have to model the project and make analysis for it then take the results and arrange them for print . on other side the design should be checked manually to make sure that the results is approximately equals .
Now we have to go to the third part which is the beams :
the softwares that we could use is ETABS, PROKON and many other softwares .
and other information in this part will be the same method as slabs .
